  It is time for Ghana to identify potential coaches and send them to the best coaching schools in the world. This is what osagyefo and Ohene Dajn did with CK Gyamfi and the results are there for all to see. CK's achievements are unprecedented.
  Though CK and Chris were sent to Germany, only Chris returned.

  No tax payers money should be used to send any coach abroad for training. The BSs coaching job should be opened to who ever is the best man for the position. Race should not be a factor in this. If you pay someone to produce good results and he fails to meet the expectations, sack him.

  Pay the local coaches just as much as the foreign ones and do not interfere in their selection and choice of players.Authorities should stop twisting the hands of coaches when it comes to who to field for a BIG match

  If a black coach is not good to handle the black stars then we equally need a white FA President. This is because the two whits will coordinate better. is it a big deal if we use black coach and loose tournaments. Let us respect all other factors that goes into winning and it would be observed that we over concentrate on coach factor. If you like make the remuneration for black star coach fixed at the rate given to a black man and see if any white coach will apply. In this case the appointment will have nothing to do with racism.   The problematic issue is not Black and White.It`s about who has the resume to qualify for the job. Also, Black Star coaching don`t have a standard salary, it`s bidding.
  GFA was audacious to offer Appiah a significant opportunity but Appiah failed to execute. GFA can lean to Maxwell Konadu who has coaching experience than Appiah.There shouldn`t be any confusing over black and white. Qualify coach is the ultimate.
