    No tax payers money should be used to send any coach abroad for training. The BSs coaching job should be opened to who ever is the best man for the position. Race should not be a factor in this. If you pay someone to produ ...

    Pay the local coaches just as much as the foreign ones and do not interfere in their selection and choice of players.Authorities should stop twisting the hands of coaches when it comes to who to field for a BIG match

    The problematic issue is not Black and White.It`s about who has the resume to qualify for the job. Also, Black Star coaching don`t have a standard salary, it`s bidding.
