    a difficult situation but wht did Yeboah try to do to curb this practice? couldn't they have been captured on video taking a pre-arranged bribe as a setup? the footage will then be given to the media houses and GFA.

    Yes, that is how it is in all departments of the Ghanaian gov't. My field was in education, and you wouldn't believe what is going on there. Tony do not throw your food to stray dogs, they shall eat and attack you afterwards.
