It's not whether a person is Ghanaian or foreigner. This is a Global Society we live in. You hire the best person for the job, pay them well, support them and help them give you the results you are looking for.

I doubt an 82 year old is the best qualified for a job of this nature. He can certainly have an advisory role.

I have an idea. How about replacing the entire political leadership of Ghana with expatriates (read white men)? We can even do better by hiring white men to be chiefs, teachers, aplankes, etc.
