The constitution must be the supreme law of the land. There are a group of people who think they are rich but are not who have formed a secret network and are becoming a powerful group in Ghana usurping the powers of the constitution. They are gaining control of the police and the judicial system. The sad thing about this situation is that they are not wise and knowledge they have not. Their motive unquestionably is to protect their misdeeds and promote their well being. Our police and judicial system are not improving because of this phenomenon since they secretly judge cases in primitive ways and resort to solution which are draconian and the least wise.

Kwasi Nyantakyi is being very very smart here. He is smarter than the NDC politician who wanted to kick out. GFA got more money from FIFA its participation in the world cup than the $4million that went them. Kwasi Nyantakyi`s GFA has logically used part of the money to pay back the money from Ministry of Youth and Sports thus the Government. The Commission work so far as the GFA is concerned has been rendered useless. The appearance of Kwasi Nyantakyi before the commission is no more necessary. The commission has basically no question to put to him. The good thing is in future taxpayers money will not find its to the GFA. The biggest problem for Ghana is how to prevent the GFA from unnecessary exploiting the national players. The commission can now concentrate its work on the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

Did we spend more than what GH received for the just ended WC. If so, how was the money disbursed and each person's earnings from the WC should be published for all to see how our money was spent.

Why loan GFA money when FIFA gives governments money way ahead of the WC. Are we spending more than we are receiving and what for?

GFA is a non governmental Organization. It governed by its constitution. Its leaders, the so called executive committee are elected by its members for a period of time as stipulated in the constitution. The Executive Committee then runs the day to day affairs of the Association by generating income or wealth, employ people or companies when necessary and only accounts to its members at specific times in line with the constitution. Individual members of the executive committee can only be hold by law if and only if that person breaks the law eg. embezzlement, fraud etc. Employing themselves as Management committee Members and taking home such huge sums of money as appearance fees is very very immoral but legal.
