So Citi Fm is proud to be broadcasting English Premier league in Ghana and does so with such brazen shamelessness. After we have done all these, we will then turn around and rant and rave complaining that our leaders are doing nothing to revive the economy. I tell you, our press can change the face of football in Ghana by their continued positive coverage. In South Africa, the stadia are full in spite of the fact that Multichoice is headquartered over there. The fact is that the local league has been given a certain clout making it the first sport to go and watch and all other coming second. The subscription of DSTV has gone up tremendously because of all the noise our sports guys make of European football much at the detriment of our local ones. Of course DSTV is raking in the billions and repatriating same in foreign monies back to South Africa. Please let's for once be proud of our own and stop this funny ways of wanting to identify with anything foreign and thinking that that makes us anything special. citi FM shame on you. Just listen to Ace Ankomah what was making claim to Chelsea as "our team" . Sorry and these so called middle class guys will say they are marching to the Jubilrr House. It is these small small things which reduce us.

I found out that well-educated Ghanaians have European soccer clubs association. Meanwhile most Europeans could care foko about Ghana!
