I also dont blame govt - as we all routinely like to do. The fault squarely lies on the head of a few miscreants in the playing body of the team and not even FIFA. This is where I might apportion some blame for Akwesi Appiah for not nipping the danger in the bud by excluding those characters from the team entirely.
Any well-established organization - whether it in the sphere of sports, medicine, education, religion, business or whatever, identifies such trouble-makers and gets rid of them before they bring into play their capacity to destroy the entire organization. In this regard, every discerning football fan knows that Muntari and Prince Boateng fall into this category - especially when they come to Africa to play for us.
The two of them however dare not exhibit any sign of those lunatic tendencies in Europe for the simple reason that over there, it is made abundantly clear to all that any kind of show of indiscipline will be promptly and effectively dealt with without any compromise or delay, no matter who you are.
The two of them also know that over there the whole racist system is against them so they dare not go and misbehave to upset anybody. As a black man in Europe or America, you have to work twice as hard as the best performing white man to be noticed and the least thing - and you are out.
In short, they are content to remain obedient slaves for as long as the opportunity lasts.

Weaker teams like Sierra Leone National team could eliminate Ghana at the World cup qualifying stages.His constant abrasion with other key star players in the Black stars almost destroyed the unity among players. Ghana needs a very patriotic and selfless Football administrator to lead us. We need some one who is not ethnocentric, who can embrace every player and foster good friendship among players.
