Essien's future to be decided in about 15 days

Michael Essien will have his football future sorted out in the next couple of weeks as agent of the Ghanaian is working hard to put his client in a comfortable position.

Blacks Stars midfielder, Michael Essien has been linked with a move from current club AC Milan despite joining the Italian side in the last January transfer window.

The former Chelsea player has been related to swap deals from Milan, cashing in on him to fund another player and a host of other transfer deals.

Italian agent Fabrizio Ferrari has however opened the lid on Essien’s proposed transfer move telling Sport Italia:

“I spoke today with the agent of the Ghanaian and he said before anything that he wanted to speak with Inzaghi [AC Milan coach] and begin pre-season with Milan before figuring out where they to go next.

“I think within a fortnight, we will meet to understand the situation. He'll take fifteen days to figure out how he will fit in this new project. ??“He is a player with great international experience. If healthy, I think he can still give a lot.”
