Mourhino has a track record of working with African players, especially West African players. Drogba was virtually unknown before Mourhino brought him to Chelsea. The same goes for Essien and Obi Mikael.

However, there is still competition at Chelsea. Atsu has to move to one of the other premiership teams mentioned e.g. West Ham, Aston Villa etc and make his mark there. Benteke was unknown before he played for Aston Villa, but after one good season, Liverpool were begging him to join them.

I knew it that Atsu cannot make this because Mourinho underrate talented young players.Looking out for old players who have already make their names but their couple of good club that wants him. IS GOOD

my fervent prayer is for him to find a team that will harness his tremendous football potential. He should learn the ropes of not being a selfish player,because that will certainly elevate him to greater heights!

It's a matter of Appiah versus Mourinho. World Class coaches never take anything for granted. What matters is after dribbling the whole field what happens next? Out of 10 possessions you have, how many did you deliver to your mates? how many went to the right person at the right time? Fans (Cheering)do not decide for Mourinho. Whereas Appiah locates few errors and cautions after 20 errors, Mourinho would locate every error and FUMES after two or three errors. Mourinho wants intelligence - Essien had it in his hey days, drogba has it. Atsu's lacks that team spirit intelligence. He loved to experiment which is often risky. just like Victor Moses- all Nigerians hailed him but Mourinho showed no sentiments, but reason.

He should sit down and watch back all his matches and see how selfish he was making the whole Ghana team look like a school team.
