Ayew and our Black Star guys were skillful and had all the potentials of going much higher than they did if they had a competentbcoach to galvanise their skills into a wiinable team. However, Akwasi Appiah didn't know what to do with the resources at which was at his disposal. At best he fought and drove them off the field. Now he is blaming Muntari, Essien, KP Boateng, John Boye, Opare, Kwarasey and everyboy but himself.
The time for camping the stars for the world cup was too short. Instead of training they were dancing azonto and dancing to high life music. These among others were the reasons for their failure. There was no coordination no proper management of the stars.

Why: Because he can attack, jump and shoot target.

2. Jordan Ayew - Winger
Why: Because he can dribble, he is also fast but lazy to defend and selfish to pass.

3. Afriyie Acquah: Central Midfielder
Why: Because he is strong, fast and has good moves. He only needs to learn how to distribute perfectly.

4. Majid Waris: Winger
Why: Because he is fast but can't jump.

Kwadwo Asamoah: Attacking Midfielder
Why: Because he is fast, can dribble but can't shoot on target. Needs to learn how to distribute and stop shooting unless it's necessary.

I have sat down to really to review the Black Stars performances at the just ended world cup and let us be real our guys all of them were sizzling and a dazzle to watch really they never disgraced except that they for some reason which only God knows not I will say not lucky.If you watch Ghana vs.Germany our boys really out played them and lead through out only for them to equalize to make it a draw.If you compare Germany vs the other teams it speaks volumes,then watch Ghana vs USA same performance I know it is always normal nobody cheers a loser and besides there are others who will always pray for a local coach to fail.This AA guy tried and our guys also gave of their best even with all crisis we continue to talk about.I love and admire our own Muntare and KPB but their temperament is just too much which such they can always bring confusion into every team and every coach has to watch out if you have them on your team.The only lapses which I personally chastise AA is for him to even invite Jordan and even to bench Essien or KPB for Jordan that one I donot get it but I donot make it a big deal because coaches all over sometimes drop a player and everybody will be asking same was with the US coach leaving a world top class scorer Donovan behind but he being the coach was strong enough to face critics that he will not allow public opinion to dictate to him and that is what a true coach is you stand your and do what you believe in from own heart after all life is about risk taking if you win you are a hero but if you lose you get all kinds of name calling.Look at Spain,Brazil,England they all have so called world class coaches but what happened they took the risk but it did not work out nothing is guaranteed.Critics can always do it better.One thing our Ghanaian players should perhaps learn or accept is that even to get the call to play for country is noble but remember there can only 11 players at a time on the field of paly so depending on what strategy a coach wants to use you may be a starter or start from the bench that does not make player better than the other club level is different you may be a starter but at national level the coach may need you at a different position at different times and that is what makes you a world class player just look at the Germans some of their guns start from the bench to inject fresh power into the game and come on with all the zeal look the fellow who won them the cup where did he start from he started from the bench because the coach new when to use him best but our guys when they have to start from the bench they have the old mind set that it means they are not good enough.Where I blame out coaches and tech team is to constantly educate our guys that they are all great players but will be used at various times but they should feel that is demeaning.There is no player on the who did not give of their best even my Jordan tried except that I will be real the guy is just not like his father Abedi or Dede they are maestros but my Jordan may be in future but he is just not there yet.Then our keeper I know he will not like this but it seems he is out of steam our game with Germany he looked jittery and poor in air balls.I will in this instance others might not agree go for Dauda he looked more confi than Kwarassey one of the biggest blunder he caused was the gift he gave to Ronaldo but that comes in that territory.Others might look the other way round Kwarassey was my first choice previously but has of late lost steam for now I will opt for Dauda what burgles me is that he will have to quit his current club to get play time to kill the rust I still donot know the performance of the other keeper at his club but every coach has his favorite keeper.Generally for now Ghana lacks a class A keeper our keepers have to up their self esteem,confi level,alertness,keep focused till the end of every game because games are never over till it is over because if you look at the German,US and Portugal games we were jelling but with time lost concerntration.I will still give all of you guys a kudos you fought a good except that it was not enough but above all the players,coach,tech team and all the behind the scene folks never disgraced but since you lost be ready for more critics who would want such and such fellows sacked etc.they will never suggest anything constructive but destructive it all comes in that territory.God bless you all.
