    Matter of fact there is a systemic failure in Ghana and sadly every one is partaking in the theft so no one can prosecute any one since every one is part of the loot including civli servants.

    Sorry ba you should have spent your time doing some research. It doesn't happen in this part of the world. more money would be wasted. the judges themselves are not clean, that is what is being alleged by some of their own
