Waris pops up on Trabzonspor radar

Trabzonspor have set their eyes on Ghanaian striker Abdul Majeed Waris as they seek to fortify their attack ahead of next season, Goal Ghana can reveal.

The Ghanaian forward is the number one transfer target of the Turkish giants and will begin talks with Spartak Moscow even before the World Cup in order to purchase him.

Waris spent the second half of last season on loan at Valenciennes where he netted nine goals in 16 games making him one of the best in the Ligue 1 in the second round.

Trabzonspor are eager to have Waris and are ready to part with at least seven million Euros for his services. French side Bordeaux are also said to be interested.
