I wonder how much this stupid author was paid to write this piece of crap. Essien is not a key player, he once was. Key players are Gyan, K-P, Asamoah Kwadwo, Dede Ayew and Jonathan Mensah.

The three players going to be cut will not include a goalkeeper or any defender.
Two of the Players going to be cut will be Midfielders and one striker.
We have too many defensive midfielders in Essien, Afriyie Acquah, Agyeman Badu, Rabiu and the odd man out here is Rabiu because he has not recovered completely from his injury.
The right wing position can be played by Dede, Atsu, Adomah, Badu and Accam and this position even if you take Dede out and put him at the number 11 position still leaves four players. Accam will be sent home.
The striking position has four players and these three are locks, Gyan, KPB and Warris. Coach AA still wants to take all four, including Jordan and that is why Jordan is pairing Gyan tomorrow against Holland. He has to play a game of his life against Holland tomorrow or he will be joining Rabiu and Accam back to Ghana.
In the unlikely event of Jordan making the team, then one of the defenders, more likely Sumaila will join Accam and Rabiu in coming home early.

From the Qualification matches to the World Cup our 5 key players are:
Please note that I intentionally put Waris' name down twice just to emphasize how much Waris' influence has grown on the Black Stars.
Next are Kwadwo Asamoah and Dede - these 2 players sometimes come in for very heavy critisms, but when Kwadwo plays on the Left Wing and Dede on the Right Wing the Black Stars are almost unbeatable. Has anyone noticed why the Black Stars number 2 and 3 positions are so solid now? It's because Dede and Kwadwo help the defense so much, tracking back and linking the midfield to the attack.
Play Dede and Kwadwo in any other positions apart from R and L respectively and these players are like fish out of water. Anyway congrats to these 2 for a good job done.
Finally Atsu! Wow...
Has anyone noticed how effective he is when he plays in the number 10 position? Every one says Atsu is a winger but it's my humble opinion that Mr. Atsu is an attacking midfielder! Look how many goals he scores when he plays off the main striker? Ghana indeed is blessed with a lot of talent.
To end I'd like to comment on how the western media sees the Black Stars. The 5 players listed by the writer in the article might be the most popular, but in my most humble opinion they are not the most key to our team. Any list that does not include Waris is not so credible a list. God be with our mighty Black Stars!!

Muntari is a great player! Have you already forgotten how he helped Ghana? Give him credit even if he is out of form, which even is not the case now.

Why is Sulley Muntari so disrespected by the Ghanaian media? He is the second highest goal scorer on record for the current Black Stars. He was there to lead the team when all four of the above mentioned players were missing in action. He plays for one of the best Clubs in Europe and consistently performs well and scores for his Club. Is it because he is from the north and a devout Moslem? Let is give credit where credit is due. This guy has paid his dues and deserves our respect and gratitude. Muntari and Kwadwo Asamoah were the faithful ones that held the line for the Black Stars to reach the promised land yet he is constantly being snubbed. It is not fair and it is very un-Ghanaian.

All nations have exactly the same laws from God.
When Ghanaians behave like this, it becomes VERY TYPICAL, VERY GHANAIAN.
Sulley has been there through thick and thin while the fools were concocting injuries to stay out of African competitions.
After Brazil, they will all disappear till the next World Cup.
Sulley has suffered too much discrimination, not from his teammates, but from the football administrators and their hungry slave quislings in the stupid Ghanaian press.
Fools all over the place!
