    I don't see how those who want to watch the black stars in brazil should be paid for by the govt.those who want to go to brazil should be able to pay their own way.Govt should stay out of it.

    Waste of resources. Why should 500 NDC foot soldiers be flown to Brazil at the country's expense? Let them foot their own bills as we here in Europe and America are going to do.
