The thing is this, the current Black Stars can beat any team in the world on their day. Yes, the team is that good when you look at the names we have. The only problem is that of belief and proper technical and other supporting preparation. There has never been any time in the history of Ghana football did Ghana have such a strong team. Michael Essien, Muntari, Kodjo Asamoah, Kevin Prince Boateng, Vorsah, Boye, Dede, Atsu, Wakaso, Warris, these are serious world class players. Kwarrasey, Jonathan Mensah, are not far off either. If only we could get these players playing as a fluid, effective unit together with the required tactical and technical polish, we will beat most of the top class teams like Spain, Germany, Italy and so forth. I think there is no better time than now. Let us take advantage of the Essiens and the Muntaris before they retire as they are not exactly spring chicken. Let make use of the riches at our disposal in Brazil. Come on Ghana

Those of us who are not even coaches know very well that for us to go far in the tournament, AA and his technical team have to make some drastic improvements. Our game gainst the ORANGE BOYS will confirm if we have indeed transformed for the good or worse. In as much as the WC is full of surprises, you want to psychologically know that you have a formidable side into your first game. You don't warm into tournaments of this kind, it could spell doom especially, in the group that we are in; a slip or missed opportunities will cause you from the on set.

This belief can be achieved only if our right backs are at their peak. Kwadjo Asamoah should be used at the left full back and Suley Muntari at the left full back.
When this is done is only when we can talk about winning. When Sulley was used in that role in 2006 briefly against the USA and Czech Republic, the result was felt and hardly could the two teams able to penetrate our defence. With the current right and left backs we have, any weak team can happily beat us using our wings.
