He read games and watch videos of opponents, and then put his master plans together. He is not as clueless as AA.

What I would say is that Milo allowed Ghana to survive but he did not do anything spectacular. Had some calls gone differently at WC 2010 against Serbia, we might have easily lost that game. Moreover, if Australia was not one man down, they might have beaten us as well. WE got a bit lucky. I am actually more convinced with Appiah engineering the 2-1 win against Zambia and the the 6-1 win against Egypt. In fact, the 6-1 victory is somewhat significant in that it is probably the first time in a long time we have seen the Black Stars play free flowing attacking football. At the end of the day, we need to be scoring tow goals per game. If we do that, we can sneak out of the group. After that, it is all about match ups. Coaching is being overrated in this case. We have talented players. We just need to score.

Exactly. We need to score. We don't need an old tyre, we need to reapir the new one.

you are underestimating the efforts of the coach and players.Thunder does not strike twice.Everybody gets lucky but at the end of the day one wins as a result of hard work and tactics as well as luck. The teams you talked about also had some luck otherwise we could have beaten Serbia by 2 or 3 goals.Remember Gyan hit the post during Ghana -Serbia match. Also Germany were down to 9 men during Germany-Serbia match that is how serbia were able to get 3 points that opened the group.

You have spoken the truth. The 6-1 defeat of Egypt in Kumasi was achieved with ferocious attacking soccer. The main question was why the Black Stars shut down their attack and played a non-inspired game and reverted to negative soccer during the second leg in Cairo and thereby losing to Egypt. Unbelievable. The trend continued to worsen during the recent game against Montenegro in which we did not score any goals in the defeat. The entire forwards were firing blanks.
Absolutely the team must be consolidated as soon as possible and must include the 3 U20 shooters Ebenezer Assifuah, Frankie Acheampong, and Clifford Aboagye. We must practice and practice spontaneous shooting from all angles of the penalty box, just as Messi does , without telegraphing the shots.

In 2006 Sellas was the assistant to Le Roy. Very beautiful and slightly loose soccer was played in victories over USA and the Czechs and in defeats to Italy and Brazil, the Black Stars were very fluid and mesmerizing. We were out at Group stage.
In 2010 Appiah and Milo took the field with revolving tightly woven beautifully orchestrated soccer with minimal adventurism upfront. We defeated the Serbs and the USA again. We were unlucky not to have reached the semi-finals.
In 2009 Sellas took the U20 World Cup finals and won the cup in a shootout with Brazil. Adiyiah was tot scorer.
In 2012 Sellas took a new crop of youth to the U20 and won third place after double defeat in the hands of the French stars. Assifuah, Aboagye, Acheampong were the stars.
In WC2018 we must have Sellas and Appiah or Sellas and Abedi or Dessailly and Sellas. The team must be built using the U20 boys of 2012 or above.
FORWARD EVER BACKWARD NEVER.
