You are the problem, you cannot do the job, you where happy when Duncan was fire you thing you have gained an easy job. is possible your next match will not yield any good results, so called management will go and bow before Duncan pleading to him for a u-turn next time you will make a wise decision

If players can play the way they like without apprehension then there is no discipline in the club. Fire players or let them face some disciplinary actions if they are judged to play below their level.

We are Phobians, and we love to win. There is no question that management, Coach Polo, Hearts of Oak supporters, and Hearts of Oak players share the common goal of winning. Hearts is a fearsome team when we are united. The team needs all the components to win. The recent defeats have rattled the nerves of all including the coach. The answer is not to turn on each other. Rather, all segments of Hearts must strengthen the ties that bind us together.
When we turn on ourselves, we play into the hands of opposing teams. A winning team needs psychological, and organizational resolve, and determination by the players and coaches. Coach Polo's root in the club is likened to a deep vein that stretches into the artery of Hearts. He is a life line of Accra Hearts of Oak. Coach Polo bears battle scars from years of service to Hearts. The man "lives and breathes" Hearts.
That said Hearts' supporters are unique. You cannot be a Hearts fan without joining the teaming supporters at the popular. Once there, the fan is transformed into Hearts family. When supporters lash out, it is because they are hurting from the lack of positive outcome from games. Management must speak with a voice of assurance and management must renew and inspire the supporters to hold together.
Coach Polo is clearly the man to lead Hearts to the "promised" land. Coach Polo knows and shares the fierce loyalty of Hearts fanatical supporters. Together, the management, coach, players, and supporters can nourish the oak tree to stand tall again. We are Hearts; we are Accra Hearts of Oak. Phobia nee!!!
