When I read the original article on this site, I knew the heading was misleading. I was sad to see some of the comments made about the GFA. Its always good to wait to have enough facts before making unnecessary comments. I dont see these people writing to back to acknowledge and apologize for their impatient unwarranted comments.

We have to blame it on journalist. Kwesi Nyantakyi also as public figure need to select his words very carefully he could have just said this question is for the coach Akwesi Appiah to answer.

Brother Kofi, I rarely come across your contributions here. But I think you are one of the most conscientious and clever Ghanaians ever to contribute on this forum. It is unfortunate but so many of our compatriots jump to conclusions or just join the band wagon without ascertaining the full facts of a case or make a proper analysis. Again you are right. When they later find out that they have jumped the gun and that their assertions have no foundation or truth in them, they try to beat about the bush in an attempt rationalise their mistakes instead of rendering an apology. To these people apology means weakness and shame. Instead they prefer to continue to live in denial and ignorance. Bravos, Brother Kofi.

It is where 'money' come for spend.
Heaven can wait but the forum wouldn't. Bring it onboard for quick dispensation. Varied minds across the board.

Why are they in a hurry if they know they haven't said so and will never do that?Is it a damage control measure? They are aware there is lack of trust of the GFA by the public so shd have measured their utterances.

When I read the story, I knew for sure that there was twisting of facts in the reportage! Most of us have read about Hon. Coach Kwasi Appiah's criteria of player selection.
It was when some people were asking for the inclusion of certain players in his squad. He was bold to draw the line. He also stated that the GFA hasn't tried to influence him in his choice of players. Stating that he's been his own man and that the FA knows he's stubborn etc.
So how could the FA boss attempt to subvert the coach's decision in player selection just about when we're about to get our preparation to the WC underway? It's obvious that some of our journalists just liars; they don't know what they're doing or are there to cause some excitement. It's pathetic!
