It looks like we are headed towards having KASA at left back. Opare or Afful can play right back or we might have to think about having J. Mensah move out to be a right back with Vorsah and Boye in the middle. A potential starting line up:
GK: Kwarsey
LB: KASA RB: J. Mensah
CBs: Vorsah and Boye
LW: Muntari RW: Dede
DM: Rabiu Mohammed AM: Prince
FW: Warris FW: Gyan
Looks good??

It is not necessary the midfielders to be tried in defence. This really don't help as much. We tried that in 2008 cup of nations in Accra, against cameroon in the Semi finals, and we lost. Michael Essien was made to play at Central defense and it didn't work. we could have beaten them if Essien had been kept at his usual midfield position. Now we are doing the same thing to Kwadwo ASamoah by using him at left wing back or left full back. This isn't working either. Asamoah would be much useful at his usual inside left attacking midfield role. That's where he is at his best. Combining with PRince Boateng, Essien, Muntari, Ayew or Atsu will be a deadly force. Now, back to your idea, we can have a strong solid defense if Akaminko is shifted to right full back, keep Opare at the left full back with Boye and Jonathan Mensah at central defense will be rock solid. All that we are asking God is for these guys to remain healthy and match fit like how they should be. AMEN.

I agree to your defence setup, if only AA will try this before the WC: Good suggestion. Keep it up.

From all indications, Til June the Proximo is here, God's desk would be full of 'victory' applications thru Jesus Christ His son. God has not too much of time available that is perhaps why He has channeled all grievances thru his Son.
Unfortunately, Jesus also, is known to be busy at this time of the season few weeks after His birthday. If He is not attending to the insatiable wishes of the William Duncans, the TB Joshuas, the Otabils, the Nana Oboa nnipas, the Popes, ati b33b33lOO, He could be visiting sick children, the poor and the needy, the lost sheep and we the sinners as well.
The Muslims may have also set up camp close to the respective houses of the notable Imams.
Do we have to change our schedule?
"3y3 as3m ooooo"
Did I hear you say boys should stay fit and strong and getting serious with their regular soccer regiment instead?
I wonder why you did not ask the proverbial 'prayer warriors' who are strategically placed in every syncretist church to pray for MRAA the GBS coach.?
To have kept God busy in the extra time, we must have asked the prayerful soccer minister to use his good offices in convincing the president, who ostensibly, is also believed to be a passive Xtian to sponsor the GBS and the entire tech-crew a three day pilgrimage to Nazareth,Jesus' birth place before camping is pitched in Bethlehem prior to the soccer crusade in Brazil.
After all, when God say yes, "onipa nntumi nnka hwee".
Yep! there are over thirty God loving
countries applying for the V-cup. It is therefore important that Ghana displays all these God attributes in order to win the bid, OOPS! to win His favour.
With the way Ghana have shifted phyisical energies to sedentary prayer work, there is no way she shall not win the WC. Isn't the book saying there is power in prayer?
Why should we train or worry ouselves burning the mid-night oil?
We have the cup delivered on a silver platter.
How and why?
Cuz, "Onyame dO ne mma"
Germany, Portugal and the USA don't deserve His grace. Ghana does.
Brazil, the host, are not Xtians.
The Americans would say: "They don't deserve nothing"
Many are called-Few are chosen. Haaaa
Which group is Israel anyway?
The Vatican nkO?
"Apaei-Dankwa, w'aamma"!!
Beats Me.

Akaminko at the right back with Opare at the left back sounds interesting. I guess you are assuming that Vorsah will not be fit so J. Mensah and Boye are the CBs. I think the issue to me is that I do not see Essien starting. I would start Rabiu Mohammed as the defensive midfielder. The second question is do you start KPB instead of Warris? I do not think so. I think KPB is coming off the bench.

Lets tone down the rhetoric and the expection and pray for the Black Stars
I think Essien is going to be a sub who comes in as a defensive mid when the game needs to be slowed down. I do not see him as a starter. He is a senior stabalizer. Sort of like Appiah in the 2010 WC.
