If my mind serves me right, the last time a Ghanaian almost had a role to play at CAF was in the 80's. Even that, that person was disqualified by our own people because he was selected under the past GFA regime so when a new president of the GFA came to power, he found no good reason to help the said rep to succeed. Our level of "p3s3mkuminya" has been so ugly but Nyantakyi's era has shown a different approach and today, other Ghanaians are serving on CAF boards with ease. To me he's the bridge to Ghana making strides within the continent's soccer governing body. It's true that "nso k3re toa mu a, eyi hwa" but in this case it's for our own good. I wouldn't be surprised that he'll stand unopposed again in the next elections. Until he refuses to contest, you can call the "dza gbele or gyes3 owuo".
