You could see KWESI APPIAH as the least knowledgeable,inexperienced coach in the whole world,yet GOD can use him to win the whole WORLD CUP home.

At Club level, the TD's job is primarily being responsible for the club's major transfer market decisions. At the National Team Level, it id the job of the Assistant Coach (like in Germany when Klinsmann/Leow were operating) Do you seriously think Desailly, Trap, Rijkaard will want to be Assistant to Kwesi Appiah when they know deep in their hearts they ae better than him in all aspects of coaching. Are aware of the amount of money they will demand which will be far away from what Kwesi Appiah is earning. What sort of problem are you creating for the current coach? For your information, when Leonardo was TD at PSG, the coach was Carlo Ancelotti, far more experienced as a Coach than Leonardo himself. How long did Erikson last at Notts County? A couple of months. If your Assistant Coaches are up to snuff, you don't need a TD at the National Level. You will not be scouting for new players the way they will do it at Club level. Will GFA even release money for a TD to scout?
