    As usual, Kenneth comes out with good suggestions,but I think a month or two of coaching course will put the icing on the cake for Appiah.That is also is a learning process,because he may learn a few tricks there.

    Practicals is also part of the coaching course.The difference between your suggestions and mine, is that,with the latter you are certified, which is a" plus" for Appiah.
