Mr Nyantekyi can contact the Tunisian Embassy to recommend a very good lawyer in Tunisia to represent you. Beware, it will be expensive.

This is bad but not surprising . It deals with the shoddy guys we call legal luminaries. We do not have proofessionals in civil law dealing with contract law . our laywers are criminal lawyers. Too many times they fall short ...

Most lawyers practice contract law, it is basic to legal practice especially in Ghana. Do not make silly pronouncements you do not have a clue about. There are good lawyers and bad lawyers in every country. You get a good one, you get good service, you get a bad one, you get terrible service, simple. This has nothing to do with a lawyer's area of speciality per se. I Ghana, we do not specialize, we do almost all areas, difficult thing to do, but it is a fact.

GFA should help this young talent to file an official complaint with FIFA.I have advised Ghanaian players to stay away from North Africa. They are racists and have no respect for those of us in the SSA.

In the mid '70s, I was sent to the University of Tunis under the auspices of the Association of African Universities. I'll never forget the 9-months' hell in which I lived. You walk in the street, you hear the children howling out something like "karlouch", which means-slave. You go to the grocery, you'e served last. You board a public transport, everybody moves away from you. I was linched by some university mates because they esteemed that I was too close to a female mate but whho was simply helping me learn that horror of Arabic which was compulsory even at the university level. I reported all that to the Ghana's Ministery of Education, requesting a transfer to any other African University. I received a negative reply & so I sacrificed my scholarship & fled this hell of a country.
Franky, don't you worry. You are a young & talented footballer & sure you'll make a brilliant footballistic career.

Less than two (2) percent succeed. The bulk flop and extinguish from the soccer scene altogether. Ask Eric Bekoe, and he will give you his interesting experience. He was like Messi and Christian Ronaldo when he was in Kotoko. He is now on the bench in his team. A word to the wise is enough. Stay in Ghana and build your future, and be patient.

You are made to sign 'lousy' contracts for almost nothing,and then you turn around to complain when you are taken to the cleaners. Come back home and learn the ropes of the fooball business before you venture into the 'wilderness'! Poor guy.

Lets be honest, their players are very efficient controlling, passing & shooting the ball. in other words they master the basic skills of football to a very high level. They are quicker and are have team work mentality. These are areas considerable number of our footballers are found wanting. It is therefore very easy for ghanaian players to fall below their expectations.
i felt that agogo, rahim, narh will not make it in north africa and truly to they did not. i watched a match agogo played for zamalek against el haly & anytime zamalek was on the move most invariably the team work breaks down or slows down when the ball gets to agogo. after awhile you could sensed the disapproval of the fans.
nigerian, & ivorian players have been making it in the north
