I am in Toronto.I was feeling very bad pain in my arms,during one winter days.By then,I took to upholstery,in my early stay in Toronto.
I came to Ghana at that time.When I reached KIA,the pain has surprisingly gone.
There are some sicknesses and diseases,different environmental conditions could be a factor in the healing process.
There are some traditional medications that can also do the trick.
I will advise KEVIN TO TRY THIS.
There is no harm in trying.

In the cold weather a knee injury feels the pains with a little wrongful contact or disposition, likewise in a humid hot weather. I have the same problem, just that I don't play soccer any more in any form.

Essien is bound to have the same problem at any close harsh contact at the knee. We cannot blame KPB, ONES a knee problem is for ever.

The constant injuries may be telling him that he is doing somethings which the knee cannot tolerate. Therefore if he is to avoid repeats of the injuries, he must sit down with his trainers and carefully watch videos of and analyze his styles of play. It is only by this way that he can isolate and eliminate any excesses that may be causing the injuries.

The bottom line is that the body can only tolerate what it can do. As with almost all things it would respond adversely when it is being asked to do things it cannot do
