Duncan caused it through this message to the MD:
"MD, I will be away for a week to sunyani with my wife 2morrow as she has to go and prepare to settle in at her newly posted station in the region with GH Post. This regretably could possibly lead to my request to terminate my contract with the club for obvious reasons. My assistants have been directed to hold the fort for the said period. Thanks."

This message did not show any respect fro the club (Hearts).

WHY WOULD HEARTS SACRIFICE QUALITY DUNCAN FOR "EMPTY" SARPONG? I CANNOT IMAGINE HEARTS GOING FOR THIS SORT OF A COACH. BETTER LET MOHAMMED POLO BE ENGAGED RATHER THAN SARPONG. PERIOD!
