GFA Technical C'ttee hails Kwesi Appiah

The Technical Committee of the Ghana Football Association has sent a congratulatory message to Black Stars coach,Kwesi Appiah, for his side's tremendous performances in the 2014 World Cup qualifiers.

The former Ghana defender is on the verge of sending the Black Stars to their third successive World Cup appearance after thrashing Egypt 6-1 in the first leg of the World Cup playoffs.

"We would like to state that the Technical Committee is solidly behind you till the final match of the 2014 World Cup", the statement signed by committee chairman Ben Koufie, copied to coach Appiah, stated.

The Technical Committee also pledged their support to coach Appiah as he seeks to seal qualification to Brazil 2014 when they face Egypt on November 19 in the second-leg match.
