The least you could do is to find out where they will camp first before being negative about this arrangement. Just because they are in Turkey does not mean, they are at Syria border. Do you know how far Istanbul or Ankara is from Syria? Or, you are saying that just because there is war going on Togo, those at Half Assini are not safe?

i think they took into consideration of flight hours. While Turkey to Cairo might be just a little over 2 hrs, It will be over 4 hrs from Morocco to Cairo.

I did not like the idea of camping in Ethiopia, being so close to Egypt but why Turkey? Why don't they stay in Ghana and fly into Egypt the day before the game?

GFA is doing exceptionally well. Consideration of flight time to Cairo I believe was taken into account before choosing Turkey. It is about a little over 2 hrs flight from Istanbul or Ankara. While Morocco, the best place for our boys would have been over 4 hrs.
You are also aware that they went to Ethiopia to check where the guys would be camped but decided against the plan because the camping site and training ground were not suitable for our golden boys.
Ohemaa Afua, they will try every trick on earth to intimidate our guys. We also know that FIFA were hoping to send Egypt to Brazil, but whatever the devil planned has been turned into our favor. We only have to be there to preserve our victory.
It is time for hope and not despair. Time to be happy and not to be sad. Just remember them in your prayers. That is all we ask from our supporters.
