Don't you think if AA just considered this huge reward/bonus waiting for him if the Black Stars qualified for the World Cup, he would have fielded those guys and not care about the dedication and discipline he's trying to instill in the team? After all, it would be much easier for him to get the $300,000 bonus cool chop with Essien, KPB, Sule and the Ayews playing rather than them not playing. But the fact that he made certain decisions to drop some of them for their various forms of insubordination should tell you and me that he was going to do it with "minnow" players who adhered and conformed to his way and instructions, and those who would bring respect, peace, unity, teamwork, extra motivation, good behavior, leadership and the likes for the benefit of the team and the nation in the long run rather than his own selfish agenda, which would have been easier.

Even if you have the money to buy private jet and other luxuries, you should not because there is too much poverty {sorrows and blood} all around you. How can you eat when your brother is dead lying beside you? Why can't you sacrifice and take pay cut for the sake of the suffering masses who live on less than a dollar a day? I was advocating for a local coach because I thought we have skilled people to do the job and we can save money. Why should you treat him different when it comes to his salary? Do we not have something better to do with our money, like equip the hospitals and school labs?

The same demand you were making which was in your contract or conditions of service. Why compare Drs., Nurses etc. with AA. Nobody is asking you not to go for what is in your contract. There are others whose profession could be deemed as equally noble as yours such what AA is doing. You may not understand but you have no idea the joy he brings to million homes. You as an individual may be affecting hundreds but AA is affecting Million. Perhaps the problem he solved by that feat we choked last Tuesday is as equally important as the lives all the Doctors in Ghana put together saved. Support the noble course and stop the unnecessary comparison.

Coach Kwasi Appiah is the man. He's proven all his critics wrong. It's a fact that many Ghanaians (including myself) who wanted Black Stars progress and become one of the best teams on the globe, wanted a coach win modern ideas and technical know-how, by asking the GFA to seek renowned coaches, to handle our national team, esp. when the WC-2014 qualifying series was just around the corner.

Coach Appiah has taken time to learn the ropes as evidenced in his performance thus far; it's taken patience and experience, to navigate his way through. Somewhere along the line, some of us have suggested to GFA to assist our local coaches by way of scholarships to World-class football academies, for them to acquire modern techniques and improve their. Kwasi Appiah is the one who's tried to achieve that. There's more to learn and I sincerely believe that he's on the right track.

My advice to him is to pursue greater knowledge into the field of professional coaching; he could become the one of the best coaches on in the world. I image if he could win WC-2014 in Brazil and the kind of status that he's acquire by that note-worthy or extraordinary achievement. Wonders, our elders say, will never end! And I entrust Hon. Coach Kwasi Appiah to aim of the ultimate. Winning WC-2014 is achievable so he must get focused and plan for victory. The sky is the limit!

When the Europeans wanted goal and silver, the scouted all around the globe in search of the wealth; that brought them to the shores of Africa, where discoveries had revealed that the continent was endowed with great wealth---gold, diamonds, silver etc.

Kwasi Appiah should set his sights on countries like Brazil, Germany, Spain and Holland and get in-depth knowledge about what makes them tick.

I have a feeling that Ghana is on the verge of becoming the first African country to win the World Cup. To achieve that GFA and coaches need the country's fullest prayer and support.

If Ghana qualifies for the world cup, the Ghana FA will receive $1 million from FIFA just for qualifying. So if the coach that helped us get there receives 300 thousand, it's a fair return on investment for the FA.

Ghanaians were very happy last tuesday after the great game which our Black Stars won.Am happy you told your boys to forget that victory and prepare for Egypt in the 2nd leg,which to the best of my knowledge should be a do or die,bcos African football has refeerees to lookout for.The boys should not play to defend but rather to win,also the boys should not tackle one Egyptian player in three's,like 3boys taking on 1 egyptian player,this was an observation by ESPN sports commentators which they believe could lead to a counter attack with most players not in their rightful positions.Lastly and very very important(Ghana should never go the Cape Verde way)beat a team and you are disqualify God forbides.Why did I say this,because while our players were jubilating their goals the referee had given out a YELLOW card,I did not know which player or players the card was issued to.This is were Kwasi Appiah and his technical crew should find out and watch the match again and make SURE this yellow card would not affect his selection towards the 2nd leg whereever it would be played.Coach make sure you select the right players who have no two yellow cards or even a red card.A word is enough for the wise,the boys should go into the game as if we needed a win,no defensive game,hold the ball and take over the midfield and total control of the game,you can do this because the pressure is on the Egyptians beat them or at least a draw,but am sure you would beat Egypt and go to the world cup 2014 INSHAALLAH
