Any signatures that endorse and accept that the game be played in Cairo (GFA, CAF, FIFA) should be at the stadium with their friends and families and at the same hotel until the blackstars leave. That will eliminate fears from the players and give the best assurance to the teams, than reading some documents from Egyptians telling us that the place is cool. After all, you decision makers will be a powerful advocate to the entire world that Egypt is now safe and can handle big soccer events if that is what you are awaiting to proclaim.

An Egyptian woman was having a daytime affair while her Egyptian husband was at work
One rainy day she was in bed with her Ghanaian boyfriend when, to her horror, she heard her husband's car pull into the driveway.
"Oh my God - Hurry! Grab your clothes and jump out the window. My husband's home early!"
"I can't jump out the window. It's raining out there!"
"If my husband catches us in here, he'll kill us both!" she replied. "He's got a hot temper and a gun, so the rain is the least of your problems!"
So the boyfriend scoots out of bed, grabs his clothes and jumps out the window! As he ran down the street in the pouring rain, he quickly discovered he had run right into the middle of the town's annual marathon, so he started running along beside the others, about 300 of them. Being naked, with his clothes tucked under his arm, he tried to blend in as best he could.
After a little while a small group of runners who had been watching him with some curiosity, jogged closer.
"Do you always run in the nude?" one asked.
"Oh yes!" he replied, gasping in air. "It feels so wonderfully free!"
Another runner moved along side. "Do you always run carrying your clothes with you under your arm?"
"Oh, yes" our friend answered breathlessly. "That way I can get dressed right at the end of the run and get in my car to go home!"
Then a third runner cast his eyes a little lower and asked, "Do you always wear a condom when you run?"
"Nope...just when it's raining."

With all the talk and 'info' that spread even before our encounter with the Egyptians in Kumasi, Mr. Saani Daara should by now consider sending in Ghana's petition to FIFA to address issues like what his attention has been drawn to. It's no joke! Ghanaians resident in that troubled nation are sending first-hand account/info to the nation ahead of the game and all the FA rep. could say is that he's not aware? The GFA can consult the Egyptian embassy; they [Embassy or govt] can't do anything to stop the ragging and abusive Islamic crowd. So one may ask: "what next steps is the GFA taking from here?" Ghanaians need some answers.

Contrived effort by GFA and this dubious Newspaper to cause FIFA to change the venue of the return match fron Cairo! How come did these nameless 'victims' not launch an official complaint with the Egyptian police or our Embassy in Cairo?
When Ethiopian soccer hooligams decided to vent their frustrations over poor officiating on Nigerian residents of Addis Ababa,we all saw graphic accounts the very morning after the match, but not a whole week after the event. Let`s not stir up any trouble where none exits! We all saw dejected fans, who by and large, took in the match in quiet cafes wherer there were no reports of any clashes between pro-Morsi supporters of the Muslim Brotherhood and the backers of the current Military Junta.
This is what one would have expected, given the political tensions that exist in the entire country. Why is it that only Ghanaian national resident in Cairo were attacked, when we know that other Ghanaians live in other cities?

We have done ourselves enough harm,in this country,by relying on make-belief("anadwomanda")stories our 'jaundiced' media puts out. Remember that FIFA is essentially an international forum where "y3se y3se"(hearsay evidence) will not cut it!

Going to Cairo to play any game is indeed a risky matter at this juncture. It is like going to a war zone to play a game. The fans in Cairo can't be trusted. Every possible means should be undertaken by the authority of Ghana to change the venue of the return game scheduled fo November 19, 2013. A word to wise is enough.

The players need to play where their minds will be at rest and focused on the match, not where there is maximum security presence which in itself is a distraction!!
William , you are right. What is comprehensive security when their own kind is being killed every hour? GFA better insist on change in venue before they come telling stories with human sacrifice which cannot be replaced.
