  He didn't lose the job. He was an interim manager, which means he was put in charge of the club for a short period of time whilst the club looked for someone else to take it on full-time.

  Otto Addo has not lost any job! He is in charge of the U19 team! He was on ly made an interim co-trainer to Cardoso who hasn't as yet got the "Coaching Badge" to handle a 1.Bundesliga team. (Otto Addo had to use his "coaching Badge" to cover Cardoso who would complete his next year! Once again Otto Addo is still the coach of the U19 team of HSV and was only seconded to handle the A Team as interim co-trainer because he was the only one on the coaching staff of HSV at the moment who has the "REQUIRED COACHING BADGE" - "PRO. FOOTBALL INSTRRUCTORS LICENCE A CERTIFICATE" to handle the team.HE HAS NOT LOST HIS JOB AT HSV!!!!
