    I don't think Essien will switch to another club so that he can play more matches.He will have to take a pay-cut which he does not fancy doing.He will rather sit on the bench to collect big money in Chelsea.

    The best thing Esiene could do to himself is to leave Chelsea. He is still world class player. He should look for a new club. From i can see Mourino will not last in Chealsea
