  • Tuga 12 years ago

Not Essien alone to be called Sir, there are many of them.

  • pala 12 years ago

forcing average players into essien's class or kvb class only lowers standards

  • DD 12 years ago

Why do you keep reporting this bastard? What about talking about his team Zambia? If he has such a big mouth why didn't he advise Essien years ago?

  • pala 12 years ago

    you have a problem

  • Ghanaian 12 years ago

We should learn to maintain team harmony among all our players all the time so we can have all the precious skills (Essien etc...)always for mother Ghana

  • GHFUO, change ur thinking 12 years ago

we have gold, diamonds etc in gh but dont appreciate them. we sit there idly with OUR LAZY SELFS WHILE OUTSIDERS COME IN TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OR SHOW APPRECIATION. WAT DOES THAT SAY ABOUT US?

MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS IN ZAMBIA, OKAY!?!?

  • GHANAian 12 years ago

Of course he deserves to be called SIR!! Most Ghanaians don't understand football. I hope they will understand this coach. I do agree.

  • 4 Year Old 12 years ago

I wonder why Akwasi Appiah always keeps the best for the last.

  • pala 12 years ago

they really don't understand football. to them the good footballer is that one who is doing gedegede, hanging on the ball and being foiled.

We call azuma nelson "prof". where and how did he earn that name. we called him so for his performance in the ring. We jealous we go die. Essien has done "some"

  • emma 12 years ago

no need for pampering.he earns his bread by sweat.pay him good and he will kill himself for any thing.

  • John,Tema 12 years ago

Leave Essien alone he has more to deal with on his table. The same people who were insulting him.

  • nyb 12 years ago

WHY NANA AND NOT NII OR ALHAJI? PLEASE DON'T BRING IN TRIBAL LINK

  • kozi 12 years ago

Because Essien as akan, will not qualify as NII . He is not moslem, beside alhaji is not knighted term. so practically speaking there is no tribal issue here.

  • NOKORE NA EYE OOH 12 years ago

hOW CAN YOU CALL A CHRISTIAN ALAHAGI? or is he frm ga tribe to become Nii which is as same as Nana in Akan. A Moslem person travelled to Mecca is ordained as Alhagi. Is essian a Moslem or has he play in Mecca? Use your sense ...

he is a great player no doubt, but he is out of gas, stamina out-weighs him. he sure deserves an oceans of praise.

  • Anokwale 12 years ago

At this point Essien is a great substitute when you need an experienced holding midfielder. I would not start him and expect him to handle an entire 90 minute game. The injuries and age have indeed caught up with him.

  • GHFUO, change ur thinking 12 years ago

ARE U SURE? THIS SAME ESSIEN WAS PLAYING FT SOCCER IN MULTIPLE SPOTS FOR REAL MADRID JUST LAST SEASON. ALL OF A SUDDEN, HE IS NOT FIT TO PLAY 90MINUTES OR BE A STARTER? EEEIII, GHFUO. YOOOOO

Essien is well respected and is a good person so he will be picked up by big teams. Realistically, he is a bit old and he is great as a substitute but if you try and make him do what he could do back in 2006 or 2008 you woul ...
