How much are they paying this guy (Atsu) that warrant them to demand such an amount. Ghanaian players in Europe, do not be fooled. They always intend to pay you and other African players less for your services only to demand ...

It pains me to say that I agree with GH FUO comment that Atsu can leave on a free transfer at the end of the season.
I am sure Porto are also aware of that and are playing negotiating tactics and they might reduce. But note ...

ITS A CAT AND MOUSE GAME. IN THE END, THE REL LOSERS WILL BE THE CLUB PORTO. THE BUYERS ALSO KNOW THE WINDOW OF OPPORTUITY IS SLOWLY CLOSING, SO WHY WOULD THEY OFFER MORE CASH? MAKES NO SENSE. IF PORTO REFUSES TO CASH IN ON A ...

Of course, congratulations to Atsu. I was not doing PHD, but simply replying to Alah's comment which seemed to imply that Porto was using Atsu as a slave or cheating him, which is not the case. Porto is simply conducting the ...

I appreciate your interpretation or explanation pertinent to Atsu's situation. Regarding the GFA, what I mean is for the GFA to act as counselors to our player who intend play abroad (they are Ghanaians players so they need s ...

My argument against signing any more African players is that, if they are any good (and they must be pretty good to be playing in Europe), they bugger off to play in the African Cup of Nations, MID-season. We had all the cra ...

To clarify what I said above - I actually LOVE watching African players - but I would rather watch them playing for other teams - then I could relish the fact that the ACON is held mid-season! Players like Drogba, Toure, etc, ...

  • Ern 10 years ago

Mohammed, my comments were made "tongue in cheek", that is to say, as a joke. As you can see I even turned round and criticized the infrastructure we have in Africa, and I was also joking with Sheik.

Is it true that in order to get a work permit to play in the EPL, your national team must be ranked in the top 50?

  • Ern 10 years ago
