I dont understand why a professional boxer cannot shed 2 pounds (0.9kg) in 2 hours. Simply get on the treadmill and run 5km (30 mins run) and dont drink water, if that is not enough, skip for 30 mins as well. The run alone wi ... read full comment
I dont understand why a professional boxer cannot shed 2 pounds (0.9kg) in 2 hours. Simply get on the treadmill and run 5km (30 mins run) and dont drink water, if that is not enough, skip for 30 mins as well. The run alone will clear the 2 pounds. After you do the weigh in, then you can rehydrate.
Or if they had checked the night before, then skip dinner that night and breakfast the following morning, do the weigh in, and then you can eat. Its really simple. I just dont understand!

Guys, how many of you remember Floyd Klutei Robertson who had to shed some pounds just before a world title fight. He was exhausted after the pre-fight weight loss and got beaten. All Ghana went to sleep.
