  Mahatma Otoo's made the best and the smartest decision to join the Sogndal Fotball in Norway, because He saw the attention and commitment from the Club Directors and the whole technical team willing to rebuilt the Club around him. Club Directors visit to Ghana to seek his services meant a lot to him. Mahatma Otoo has never been about the money because He always believe money or riches is a nature outcome, we can't force for it; But our decision and hard work will result our riches. Mahatma is in a Club where He is loved and committed to enhance his talent. He will get all the playing time wanted, to get him to the next level of his career. As his agent, it is very crucial for footballers to consider New Clubs based on the attention and commitment they are willing to grant them, than how much money being paid upfront. A lot of footballers falls out, because they mistakenly greed for the money than asking themselves, if new club truly believes in me?
