  If these are the only 2 offers you receive, make sure you pick Norwich. Norwich finished 11th, although it wasn't in the top half of the table, they are fairly consistent and can be the big teams on their day. Crystal Palace just got promoted and are more likely to get relegated come the end of the season. If so, I can't really see someone of Badu's quality playing in England's 2nd tier. Make a wise decision man!
