So far as I can remember, Zambia were crowned champion over us.
Besides, they have beaten us more than once.
Couldn't it be expedient, more logical for them to beat us again?

If I was in the shoes of the coach I would prepare very well for this game since it would be the greatest measure of Appiah's competence, because Ghana has lost twice consecutively to Zambia. Sometimes in order to win, one has to be ruthless: Speaking metaphorically, I would not play my father, mother and brothers if I know they will screw up the match and make us lose. That's just me.....WHAT GHANA NEEDS IS 'ruthless sophistication'.

Zambia is not going to come and sit on the fence and watch Ghana run them over. They have fired a warning shot by their pronouncements. GFA must provide the needed support to help Appiah succeed. This should include research on statistics. Ghana has no excuse to lose this game. IT WOULD BE THE BIGGEST DISGRACE!!!

Let's forget about LUCK for a moment...I was so impressed by Burkina Faso in the last AFCON...MY GOD those players were ripped, stronger, huge, athletic, full of stamina etc...that is what you call PREPARATION....Paul Put their coach confessed that during camping there was not a single issue with discipline. I read somewhere that Paul Put wanted to coach Ghana.....he is thinking....if he could do to Ghana what he did to Burkina...the rest would be history. Ghana needs discipline BIG TIME! It is not enough to support the Black Stars....because what is happening on the ground is far from our fantasies of winning trophies....it is business, special interest, discipline and corruption that is holding us back. Our bar has been set at AVERAGE. We need to go up to ABOVE AVERAGE...from there to OUTSTANDING where we can be on the level of Germany, Italy, Spain, Argentina, Holland, Croatia and Portugal.
