Somewhere in the early eighties when a very promising player(Bernd Schuster)helped the German national team to win the European championship and decided not to play again for them (Germany),they accepted his decision and thereafter,German national team has grown stronger.

At the same time Appiah should be surrounded by effective assistants as tacticians who should be posted all around the world and working with top notch coaches to gather the experience which will be translated into making the STARS as one of the best teams in world.
