You told the coach you want to play at any position on your meeting with him, and the coach reported otherwise. As such, you suspect someone influenced the coach. My question to you is WHO, HOW AND WHY?. #. Who approves and sponsor such trips? Is it GFA or the coach. #2. If you were considered at that time by the GFA and its technical staff, why would they turn around to drop you. #3, You were way past your prime as the generation of Appiah's were strong and powerful to be dropped for the like of yesterday players at that time like yourself and Gargo. #4. When was the last time you played for the B/S before the 2006 world cup? You guys should stop your nonsense and contribute positively towards the growth of the team. mmttwwwwwwww.

All these players dream about playing in the world cup but their playing careers "expired" before our opportunity came along. How many qualifying games did Johnson play leading to the world cup? Gargo was washed out as well before 2006 and was matter of fact back in Ghana, doing nothing. Arhinful playings days were over as of 2002, why will the coach want someone that was not playing for the last four years to play at the biggest stage? Remember how Ghanaians wanted Abedi to come out of retirement and play? I also compaigned for Tony Yeboah to be given the chance to play knowing very well how great he was in front of a goal but non of it was realistic thinking, just wishful.

This is the reason why we don't do well in some of these international competition excerpt boxing.Corruption in sports is way to the core.Sporting activities has become a gold mine for some of these officials - let's forget the Alahaji Muntaka (chin chinga saga) and the recent Maputu corruption which is been said to be under investigation. I hope this Maputu case would be taken seriously by Parliament and have those involved prosecuted.

They showed up with DROOLING FACES so I went and told the Coach they were no good. Essien, Muntari, Appiah, Mensah etc look good with envelopes in hand so I influenced the Coach to keep them.
