The point that exposed the weakness in his case was that, in the view of the US Embassy, the GFA is classified and treated as a private organisation and not a government agency. Sports Minister has no responsibility for GFA. Remember that FIFA sees FAs as private entities and government interfere in the affairs of FAs as punished by FIFA. Case closed. Assafuah should go looking for another target.

If Kofi Adam has been deceived by some officials of the NSA by presenting to him names of fictitious individuals to secure visas for the World Cup , then it is incumbent on the minister to disassociate himself from these criminals by having them arrested and prosecuted for fraud and misrepresentation. Failure to do this should be considered as an implicit acknowledgment of the crime by the minister for which he has to be fired . Some of these ministers under president Mahama are taking advantage of his kindness by displaying their arrogance in the discharge of their duties. If Mahama wants to Ghanaians with an impeccable legacy, then he must call some of his appointees to order. The NPP is in disarray today because of the failure of Akuffo Addo to call his appointees to order during his presidency.
