Bla ck Stars job is not a position to be offered to novices. You need a coach with proven with years of experience, who can get the best out of the players.

It is not a coaching problem. The GFA is playing you. They have been playing the Ghanaian public for years maybe decades and have gotten away with it. Wake up!
There is something called sports administration. It means establishing foundations and systems that will allow sports to flourish. It means investing, mobilizing resources and setting goals. These things are done by administrators.
Those things need to be addressed first and then you can worry about hiring coaches etc. The foundation is not there and the GFA and govt knows this but are unwilling to make these changes so they divert your attention and always blame the coach. They know it works because it is visible and easy to see.
The things you have to do administratively are not visible, so they lie to you. Wake Up!
