Once, this same gfa is there,if a new coach is appointed, who they (gfa) knows, they can’t control,that coach will struggle, there will be no support to the coach, they will set him up for failure, just like they did to Chris Hutton.
The first step is to amend the gfa constitution where anybody with conflict of interest must not be allowed to come anywhere close to football management
Second step is to sack the gfa from using tge coaches house as an office. Renovate the place to be a permanent abode for any new coach and their assistants.
Thirdly, when a coach is appointed, everybody shud avoid the interference with player selection and allow the coaches do their jobs.
