We don't need any long talks. This current GFA is not it at all. The most painful part of it is they don't even think there is a problem despite what we all see. They have destroyed the colts and youth system so there is no supply line to the national teams and league anymore. Most of them have clubs which is a direct conflict of interest. That is a problem. Dissolve it. The next FA leadership ought to be done by appointments only.

We need to "farm players". The farm is the national league. When we rely on the efforts of waakye and kenkey sellers whose sons travel overseas with their talents as our core source then we fail. The best coach self no go help. From Colts to Academics..inter co and all these, we had grown our Agyir Finn, Baba Yaro, Mogo Yaro, Osei Kofi, Polo, Razak, Abedi, Tony Yeboah. When Nyaho did musical youth and enabled the likes of Essien, Appiah, Muntari, Gyan and co. We had something to be proud off. Until we give our football to people who will even dig into their own pockets, but follow this Nyantakyi culture of corrupted GFA, nothing doing. Ghana soccer has survived bcos people like Simms, Bawuah, Nyaho, Grusaa, Harry Zakkour, have bent over to serve.
