The Black Stars' problem now has nothing to do with coaching or management but lack of all-round quality players. Football is first of all played by footballers and not coaches or management. When you have quality players to assemble, having a strong team is automatic. Our goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders and strikers are all not top notch let alone to talk about having them in depth. Football is a team game and having one or two good players would not make a strong team. So what shall we do? We should be humble to accept the reality that we don't have a good team now. Let's also be grateful to present players for giving us their best. Of course, it's only a matter of time the top quality players will come on stage.
