What Black Stars REALLY NEED is a new GFA chief, with a bold, fresh, visionary, selfless, and enterprising ideas. Kurt Okraku has been 7+ years in office with nothing to show for or write home about. Also, all the EXCO members need to be replaced. They have all failed at even the simple task of developing our youth football properly to produce the best talent for the national teams.

What Ghana needs is new players, and new GFA executives. What else were were you expecting from the Carlos coach who has been in charge for only 3 months? Ghana drew with England - the team that beat France and Norway. I said this before that Ghana played better than Senegal who lose to both France and Norway. Honestly Ghana performed far better than expected looking at how they were losing to everything team just before the worldcup. Some old players like Ayew need to retire. We just had 2 English born players switch to the team, then our good injured players come back. Let us trust Carlos to take the country to 2030 Worldcup. My only fear is this current GFA forcing the coaches to with players who shouldn't be in the team.

Sports journalists in Ghana most of the time disgrace us too much because more often than not, they come up into the public domain to imply clearly that they don't know what they are writing about.
Look here, under the photo of Mr. George Afriyie is clearly written that he is the Vice president of the GFA, but the writer goes on to address him as the former member of the FA. So now who is Mr. George Afriyie that he was writing about here?
The point here is if a writer cannot differentiate between the usage of "is" and "was", how can such a writer be allowed to put anything into the public domain for the consumption of the right thinking people of Ghana?
I should admit that it's high time the owners of Ghanaweb sat up to deal with good journalists or allow good writers to submit proper write-ups for the public to read, period
