This team will not go far; it is the worst black stars team every assembled, yet the monies that have been raised for them is just shocking. Question is, are these players the best Ghana truly has to offer? Seriously, that's what all true-meaning Ghana folks should be asking: are these truly truly our best?
Jordan, Gideon, Prince Adu, Elisha Owusu, etc., are all not black star material but were still forced into the team. I was surprised Bonsu-Baah was on the bench with Inaki, one of the most intelligent and potent strikers in Europe. This is the world cup and we should stop talking about Inaki not performing in Ghana shirt if we don't give him minutes to play and put fear into opponents. Just his presence on the pitch strikes fear into teams and will free Semenyo to do damage, because all eyes are on Semenyo now.
If we continue to play Jordan, sit Bonsu Baah down, refuse to play Inaki, rely on Gideon Mensah, and exhibit this shambolic display like we did with Panama, England will give us 5 goals, Panama will give us 4 goals. We must congratulate the boys against Panama but shouldn't celebrate mediocrity. This as a shambolic display!
