National Sports Authority needs to be restructured & empowered to takeover our National Teams. When this is done Coaches like Laryea Kingston, CK Akonnor,Derek Boateng, Attram, Ayittey Domond etc shd be employed as their Coaches to handle our teams. Ghana can arrange with countries like Brazil, Germany, & France for some refresher courses for them. CK Gyamfi ,Ben Koufie,Osama Duodu,EK Afranie etc all benefited from that arrangement in the past. There is no way these Coaches will be successful if the current arrangement with GFA still persist.
