Very painful. They could have played one more match to decide the improved side . This tossing or lottery is vey cheap and unfair. Good luck on their playoff with Uganda.

Ghana Web please the Ghana Under 17 team has not been eliminated. They will rather play in a playoff qualify against Uganda to determine who qualifies to the quarter finals. Please fact check.

I don't think an eliminated team can qualify to play in the World Cup. Ghanaweb, can a better clarification be done keep us well posted , please?

This team is not well coached . They’re talented but they are not a good team. They’re not mentally group . They’re not resilient. How can you lose a 2 goal advantage to Algeria. Algeria to me were the weakest in the group based on their style and their level of talent . Then they lost against a 10 man Senegal. The team is not disciplined and the coaching is poor. That Narteh Ogum despite all his experience seems to be out of his depth . Another youth team gets eliminated out of a tournament. Meaning that in Kurt Okraku tenure Ghana youth football is completely destroyed or nonexistent. They keeping failing and failing and continue to be in office . Only in Ghana we’re tolerant of mediocrity. If it continues this way losing will become normal and the reputation that was earbed years ago and blood and sweat is going down the gutter and nobody cares to stop it

If they win, you accuse them of celebrating a mediocre win because the other team is weak. If they lose, you say they are mediocre.
Stop complaining. You always accuse Okraku of being corrupt. Call him and vent your hemlock as you do here everyday.

This team was not good enough nor talented like the previous starlets teams of the 1990's. We were lucky to play twice with 11 boys against 10 boys and the rubbish coach Prosper Ogun didn't have any strategy to make use of that advantage. If we had won those 2 games when he had a man advantage and drew with Algeria, we would've had 7 points and top the group with automatic qualification for the World Cup. Prosper has no tactics and should be replaced for the play offs or else Laryea Kingston's Uganda will beat us. Gavi the striker is also useless. He should go to Asamoah Gyan and learn how to finish chances or score goals. He had 3 good chances during the South Africa game and couldn't score just 1. That would've given us 4 goals and automatic qualification.
