Trump is a buffoon who makes decisions on a whim. Waiving the $15,000 visa bond doesn't mean a thing. US will find another way to reject visa applicants with tickets. The embassy in Accra will reject visa applicants at a higher rates, thus fulfilling Trump's desire to keep Africans away from the US. I advise fans to say home and not buy tickets only to be denied visa and lose money because ticket purchases are final and unrefundable.
