Milo was sacked prematurely his second stint with us . The local coaches had destroyed the coordination and balance in the team after Avram Grant left . Hugton and Otto made it worse.

It’s no longer surprising that our country struggles to progress—mediocre leadership will always produce mediocre results.
When former or retired leaders of key state institutions, people like Ernest Thompson, continue to promote this kind of thinking, we remain trapped in a cycle of stagnation. The truth is, Otto Addo could likely have achieved similar outcomes with the same group of players Milovan Rajevac had at his disposal—players whose talent has never been in doubt.
So why do we keep settling for recycled ideas instead of demanding higher standards? What meaningful trophy did Milovan Rajevac win that justifies clinging to the same approach?
This persistent lack of ambition and vision is the real issue. We deserve leadership that challenges the status quo and drives genuine progress.

You guys should stop that nonsense. Coach Milo was lucky to have players like Paintsil, Essien, Gyan, Dede, Kwadwo Asamoah, John/Jonathan Mensah, Vorsah, Anthony Annan, Muntari, Olele, Derek Boateng etc, who at their prime were not bench warmers but playing for top clubs in Europe. Milo could not survive and was sacked prematurely in Saudi Arabia and in Thailand due to poor performance. He did not get the class of players he worked with after leaving Ghana. Ghana called him back due to the record he made in his first term. His second term was abysmal because he worked with mediocre players. That is the situation we have today. Our current crop of players are not good enough, probably unlike Kudus, Semenyo, who even underperforms with the Black Stars.

You are right on the dot. Most Ghanaian think that coaches play among the eleven forgeting that players are more important. Milo and Kwesi Appiah got a good set of players. Otto Addo got only a few quality playerd

Ghana never knew the value of good coaches until they were gone, You sack the great ones trying to satisfy your friends. Cheap GFA filled with political garbage.
