Why can't we ever go to the world cup without any incident of some corrupt activity? The minister has to come again to clarify his statement to avoid any problems in the camp of the Black Stars.

Apart from the appearance fee, every qualifying country is entitled to a huge million $ amount for infrastructural development.
Your Blackstars are currently in Austria and training in their national Soccer facility.
Do you have some in Ghana? How many times have you been to the World Cup and how much have been given to you for infrastructural development?
